Today, as part of the implementation of the Digital Kazakhstan program, the City Information Library System, with the support of the Department of Culture and Language Development of the City of Kokshetau, is launching the Book in Frame project. Here, visitors will be presented for reading multi-genre literature, which they can read before the film show. Sit down on a comfortable sofa to look through magazines, see the booklets. The purpose of this project: to promote the culture of reading among the younger generation; drawing public attention to classical literature and artistic innovations, increasing the prestige of the book and reading, and creating a positive image of the person reading. This project is long-term. The project will host a series of events.
