Kanysh Satpayev: life and inspiration

On the 19th of April in City Model Library at "Dostar" Culture Center the round table "Kanysh Satpayev: life and inspiration" has taken place. It was devoted to the great son of the Kazakh people, the outstanding geologist, the academician Kanysh Imantayevich Satpayev. The round table was carried out for the purpose of education of patriotic feeling at the younger generation, to attract young people to the mysterious world of science — geology, and also with the professional orientation purpose, having shown on the example of Kanysh Satpayev’s identity the relevance and public advantage of the profession "a geologist" . Holding similar actions in City library system became traditional, and always organizers and inspirers of these meetings are Kiikov Meyrambek Kiikovich and Zere Espayevna.
