literature and musical meeting «From Kokshe to Koksengir»

In the hall of "Dostar" recreation Center literature and musical meeting "From Kokshe to Koksengir" took place, devoted to the 75 anniversary of the Honorary citizen of the city of Kokshetau, the publicist, poet, member of the Writers’ Union of Kazakhstan, the holder of the award "Kurmet", the owner of a rank "Man of Art" TolegenKazhibayev. This meeting is organized by City information and library system together with "Dostar" recreation Center within the program of the Head of state N.A. Nazarbayev "A prospection: modernization of public consciousness". For more than fifty years he pleases the readers of republican and regional newspapers and magazineswith his creativity. For these years hundreds of sketches, poetic and drama works by the talented author, master of the Akmola journalism were published and books were published too. At the meeting there were journalists colleagues, friends, students of the universities and colleges. The developed exhibition of writer’s books "The poetry cut to the heart" told about the creative activity and life of the anniversary hero in the foyer of the palace.Warm congratulations and wishes from the city public sounded in his address: chairman of the board of veterans of the Akmola region GosmanTolegul, akyn and singer IranIlyashev. The moderator of evening, the editor of the Kokshetau newspaper SerikZhetpiskaliyev, having shared reminiscence, gave the floor to the present guests. Evening was followed by reading poems of the author and music turns. The city information and library system handed to the hero of the anniversary a multimedia disk and the recommendatory index of books and articles from periodicals.

Today TolegenKazhibayev heads the Akmola regional branch of the Writers’ Union of Kazakhstan, the independent newspaper "Bukpa" and the literary magazine "ZherShoktygy". TolegenKazhibayev — the famous person outside our region. His works are published on pages of large republican editions today. This is the most experienced journalist allocated not only brilliant talent, but also depth of a thought which he always generously shares with the reader.
