Presentation of the book "Kazakhs of Omsk Irtysh"

In the current year, on July 11, in the city library at the DC "Dostar "in the small hall was held a presentation of the encyclopedia "Kazakhs of Omsk Irtysh". In the encyclopedia for the first time generalized and systematized preserved information about the different aspects of the life of the Kazakhs of Omsk Irtysh from ancient times to the present. The material is designed in the form of separate short articles with links to the primary sources.

The book is divided into three thematic sections. The first "Personalities" and biographies of famous figures of the Omsk Irtysh region, of Heroes and war veterans, honored workers of production, scientists, athletes, poets, warriors, and other famous people. The second section — "Auls" — includes preserved information about the history of most of the nearly 800 Kazakh auls that exist or disappeared from the map of the region. The section is provided with links to archival sources, many materials from regional and regional Newspapers are used. The third section — "Company" — contains information about educated in different historical periods of the Kazakh public organizations, associations, social events, administrative-territorial units, educational institutions etc.

The work is designed for a wide range of readers, including local historians, teachers and teachers.

The encyclopedia was presented by the author of the project, chief editor and publisher of the well-known Omsk the architect Saken Shaikhislamov Khusainov, born. The Shahhat Sherbakul district.

The author of the idea and the main compiler of the book — Iglic Almuhanovich Tursunov, a history teacher in high school, Alma-ATA for a long time worked in the schools of the Omsk region. The work on the book was attended by well-known historians and local historians of Kazakhstan, as well as in the past natives of Omsk region. Preparing the next, the second book.
